9. Croatia
Croatia’s stunning coastline, turquoise waters, hidden coves and medieval townshave earned it the nickname “the jewel of the Adriatic.” If you are a fan of the Game of Thrones Dubrovnik is a must to go. Beach lovers going to love the Dalmatian Coast and the island of Hvar. Plitvice Lakes National Park with its waterfalls is also an incredible way to spend your vacation in Croatia.
If you wanna go on a budget-friendly trip I recommend flying from October to April. The weather is still good and there are a few tourists on the streets. Just keep in mind that most of the islands and Adriatic coast close down.
Peek season is from May to September. The prices are higher but you can hang out on the beach all day!
